Jerry Robbins
As a part of the W service, we are here for all your Whirlpool needs. We are also servicing Frigidaire and Electrolux out of warranty. Our staff will be happy to help with any of your appliance repair needs. We understand how inconvenient it can be to have a malfunctioning appliance. At ASI, our team trains with professionals and various tools to give our customers the best consumer experience.
ASI Authorized Service Inc is a family-owned and operated business serving the Upstate of SC and Western NC areas. We specialize in many types of Appliance Repair needs, and we offer factory-certified care and warranty work for all the brands of Whirlpool appliance corp. All of our Appliance Service and Appliance Repair work is guaranteed, and we come to you! ASI Authorized Service Inc is licensed, insured, and bonded for your protection. We run background checks and drug tests on all of our employees. All of our service professionals are highly factory trained.
The Team Behind the Team
Before a technician ever pulls into your driveway, this is the crew that books the call, sources the part, and answers the phone when you have a question.
Cecilia keeps the office running. She manages scheduling and dispatch, coordinates technician routes, handles customer follow-up, and makes sure every service call is booked, confirmed, and closed out correctly.
Kellie oversees all internal and external communications to ensure clear, consistent messaging across the organization. She manages media, website, and marketing content, audits communications for accuracy and brand consistency, and coordinates the flow of information between leadership, employees, customers, and partners to keep operations running smoothly.
Joe manages our parts department. He sources OEM components, tracks inventory, and makes sure the right part is on the truck before your technician arrives.
Drew supports the parts department, receiving and staging orders and keeping technician vehicles stocked so repairs get finished on the first visit.
Kayla is often the first voice you hear. She answers calls, schedules appointments, and keeps customers updated from the first call through the completed repair.
Rachel handles bookkeeping for ASI. She is your contact for billing questions, invoices, payments, and any account-related issue.

In 1974, Kenneth Robbins moved from Ohio with a bold dream and founded Authorized Service, Inc. What began as one man’s passionate vision has flourished into a trusted, multi-generational appliance repair company proudly serving customers across two states.
Ken’s two youngest sons embraced the family legacy by stepping into leadership roles. Today, one son is happily retired, while the other—Jerry—continues to guide the company forward with passion and vision. The business now thrives with the active involvement of Jerry’s children, along with nephews and great-nephews—four generations strong—working side by side. Together, they bring fresh energy, deep expertise, and a shared commitment to learning, innovating, and evolving with the industry.
