We run background checks and drug tests on all of our employees. All of our service professionals are highly factory trained.

Kenneth Robbins started Authorized Service, Inc. after moving from Ohio to begin his dream in 1974. What started as one man’s vision has grown into a trusted, multi-generational appliance repair company serving two states.
Ken’s two youngest sons have since taken over the business, now joined by their own children. Three generations working together — learning, growing, and evolving with an ever-changing industry while never losing sight of what matters: your overall customer experience, excellent in every way.
