"Found standing water in tub when I arrived. Found f6e4 (Float switch open) tested and found float switch ok with no debris under it. Canceled cycle and found unit draining. Tested unit in diagnostics and found unit completing all tests with no issues. I did find drain hose no longer had a high loop, under sink. Corrected and secured drain line. It is possible that there was debris or suds under float switch, causing problem. Tested unit multiple times and can find no issues at this time. All operations ok with no leaks detected. "Installed all new freezer drawer rail parts. Found freezer door open ping and closing properly and sealing. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Did not move unit."

Found clean led blinking 7 times. Indicates a heating issue. Tested and found heater ok. Control (WPW10285179) needed. Quoted customer 511.40 to complete repairs. Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 125 for service call.
