Kari was great. She did a thorough review of our washing machine which was have a burnt electrical smell. Unfortunately she found the issue and it was a very expensive repair. Not looking to just add business for ASI, she recommended that it probably would make sense to buy a new one. I really appreciate her honesty as well as excellent diagnostic skills.
