Took quick picsfound unit showing open motor codes and friction on mechanics. Found gearcase leaking oil will need parts for repair set up for 5/21 PM ; ordrng 1 W11454741 (Gearcase) and 1 N15 (Job code) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W10890624 (Motor)

"Took quick pics, found unit showing 4-3 and 7-1 code. Cleared codes and put unit through diagnostics. Found the motor hums and wont circulate water. Found control sending no voltage to motor and motor has a short in it from board need parts for repair. Customer requested to keep original app of 5/16 PM. I told customer that if I can get parts by then we can do that if not then I will set appt up for 5/21 PM ; ordrng 1 W11613479 (Pump) and 1 W11637581 (Control) and 1 L14 (Job code)"

Took quick pics found unit water valve cracked and leaking between tub and panel. Installed new valve. Unit checks ok; used 1 W11038689 (Valve) from stock

"Took quick pics, found the ff floor covered in slush and water and its frozen in evap pan causing unit to drip water from drawers outside the unit. Found the drain extension had debris in it causing units drain from ff to back up into floor. Cleared debris from drain extension. Also steamed out all the ice from drip tray and floor of the unit. Cleared all water and ice. Unit now draining. Unit checks ok. Had office run cc for TC and labor of $209.99 and email receipt"

Took quick pics found unit not going past wash. Found the unit showing 8-1 long fill code found cold filter impacted with sediment from well. Installed new valve. Ran diagnostic cycle. Unit checks ok. ; used 1 W11210463 (Valve) from stock
