Unit will run for 3 seconds and stop. Unit wont record faults . Power cycled unit. Same result. Voltage good at terminal block . No voltage drop from outlet. Called tech line and spoke with Nate. Nate advised changing door swtich and motor . File number for call is 7739056822. Gave customer a bluebook estimate for repair at $510.78. Called trade care since unit is 6 months out of warranty. Trade care will cover parts . Parts authorization is m1b6bm1fp1. Installed new parts. Unit check is ok . Charged $150 svc fee and $180.75 for labor

Even tho there was some confusion over the appointment time, Chris was pleasant and detailed in his inspection of the oven door and possible causes determined. He took ample time explaining the situation and advised me as to what I needed to do to have the issue corrected.
