Installed hose. Cycled unit. Unit checks ok.

Customer states unit cuts off and on. May start one cycle not the next but doesnt seem to do anything even when on. F7E7 target rpm not reached fault stored. Cycled unit. Tub did spin when running. Unit functioned normally when running when starting 1 cycle though display cut off as it wouldve started cycle and locked and 2 other times unit didnt wake at all after turning dial. Will order parts. L14; ordrng 1 W11626077 (Hmi) and 1 W11626075 (Control) and 1 W11626074 (ACU) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator)

Customer stated they had seen water coming from under left side of unit. They did state they had stopped seeing it near appointment date. No ice in floor of freezer so coming from outside of unit. Small water spot on floor against wall behind unit left side. Pulled out and inspected. No leak seen but water is directly under shutoff valve/supply line connection. Removed back panel. No sign of any leak inside rear compressor compartment or near drain pan. Supply line slightly loose tightened w/o over tightening. Unit checks ok.

"Found unit tries making ice customer hears nut trying but no ice. Good temps, imk thermistor good. Fill tube heater shows open. 12v dc to heater so voltage to heater good. Unit needs fill tube. Gave est of $322.84 to repair. Customer okd estimate. Will order. Balance will be $162.84J13; ordrng 1 W11596134 (Fill tube)"
