Jerry was prompt and knowledgeable. He quickly repaired my refrigerator and then answered my questions and showed me how the refrigerator panel and filter worked. He was very polite. I definitely would call Jerry again if I need repairs.

Carl called ahead and arrived when he said he would.
Provided honest information about the problem.
Although it took three trips to fix the leak in the refrigerator, Carl never gave up and in the end the leak was solved.

This was a one star service.I put in a service call back in October of 2023 and never heard anything from the company till April of 2024.My family and I needed a washer fixed and the only thing I received from the company was “Sir we are sorry “
