"Found Fae2 (vent motor problem). Found water streaking on dishes and unit door, under vent and dispenser. Found rain hose did not have high loop. Corrected drain hose. I recommended customer try using a finish brand detergent in the meantime. Vent (W11649995) deflector (W11545290) control (W11462459) dispenser (W11412300) needed. ; ordrng 1 W11412300 (Dispenser) and 1 W11462459 (Control) and 1 W11545290 (Deflector) and 1 W11649995 (Vent) and 1 L14 (Job code)"

"When I arrived I started unit, before entering diagnostics, and found unit starting fine. Found no saved error codes. Tested unit in diagnostics and unit completed without issues. Contacted tech support and spoke to Art. I informed him of situation and all parts that we have replaced. Unit itself is ok. Can find no issues at this time. Showed customer proper way to start unit. Art documented and does not recommend replacing any parts at this time. All operations ok with no leaks detected. Did not move unit. Sr number (7739054903)"

The appointment was made and date adjusted with dispatch. The associate who helped me in scheduling was helpful, and my call was promptly taken. The service technician, Brian, called before the appointment to apprise us of his estimated arrival time. He arrived promptly. Brian was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the situation.
