This unit has been reported to techline already and unit is functioning as designed. They have unit in a middle school teachers lounge which is a non-residential setting. Called Trade Care to state this issue has already been checked out and reported spoke with Mark at Trade Care Case# 22142295

"Took quick pics found unit full of water and not draining, took hose off and found it drained into bucket just fine. Found a clog in the sink where unit drains. Cleared clog and replaced drain pump in case it burnt out motor. Unit checks ok. ; used 1 W10876537 (Drain pump) from stock"

"F7e7 (motor unable to reach target speed). Tested unit in diagnostic and found when unit came to spin cycle , it was squealing loudly and not spinning. Inspected and found oil has leaked from gear case, onto belt and pulley, causing belt to,slip and wear down pulley Gearcase (W11449840) cam (W10721967) belt (WPW10006384) and shifter (W11481722) needed. Contacted safety team and informed them of situation and parts needed. They did not authorize coverage of repairs at the time. Quoted customer 1500.61 to complete repairs. "Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Installed control unit checks ok"

Found fresh food evaporator frozen over. Fresh food fan assembly has already been replaced. Customer has thawed out unit multiple times with a hair dryer. There is a service pointer on a new UI control to extend defrost fan time for this issue. Thawed unit enough to get to thermistor to do ice bath test. Should read 8.8k at 32* p51 to p52 unit read 4.4 k . Thermistor is out of range. Recommend replacing the UI and RC evaporator thermistor. Blue book estimate $742. Heater on high turns on at 130 and turns off at 160 per service manual. Quoted $562.83 to replace ice maker that has a broken end switch for ice maker motor. Ice maker was going into harvest but wouldnt recognize return end switch causing ice maker to skip gears. Check wiring on freezer door to make sure they were good before quoting ice maker. Taped up door wiring to try and ensure they last as long as possible. After replacing ice maker I tested in diagnostics test 44 and ice maker performed flawlessly without any clicking. Ran test 45 to fill ice maker. Let homeowner know they should have ice by tomorrow morning. Temperature was good in both compartments at time of arrival. "Found unit off at breaker when I arrived. Turned unit in at breaker and entered diagnostic. Unit started and then lost power. Inspected and found connection at terminal box loose. Replaced filter head after making sure water was off. Replaced homeowners provided water filter and ran water to purge out air and test for leaks. Everything is performing designed. Ice maker filled up with water shortly after turning water back on.

Pulled apart bullnose to get access to burner switches and re-ignition module. Swapped switches to test and still no spark at right rear burner. Swapped middle and right rear-ignition module then tested again and burner started sparking normally. Put everything back together and tested again and burner is still operating normally. Mustve been a loose wire or connector not seated in correctly. Everythings performing as designed again. Thank You!

"Took quick pics, found unit showing no codes, found the diagnostic cycle completed with no errors. Water does seem cold even after multiple fills. Found 120v to motor also found heater had 11 ohms and 120v to it. Ran regular cycle with bowl right side up on top rack, bowl filled up with water and you can hear the unit change racks. Went over water heater temperature requirements with customer as well as soap usage and loading. The dishes on the bottom rack were flopped over laying on one another and all of dishes in different rows were facing various directions. Unit is functioning as designed"

"Took quick pics, found unit showing no codes, ran unit through diagnostics cycle and found no leaks during cycle. Kickplate and sides of inner door have evidence of leaking. Customer states water/condensation will appear on top of door and leaks on right side predominately. Checked door gasket seal with a paper card and found both left and right side of door and left and right side of top of door have good resistance when trying to pull card through. Inspected spray arms and found no fractures in seams. Found machine slightly unlevel in front and leaves unit so door closes evenly. Found a service pointer regarding the rails for upper rack and found this unit is within that serial breakdown. SP states if customer is experiencing leaking from either corner or moisture on cabinets in a place the rails could be the cause. These are the original rails with plastic ball bearing casings. I believe due to the weight of the top rack with the plastic casings is causing pressure on the door and the door isnt sealing fully anymore when unit has dishes in it. Gave customer est for both upper rails and a door latch in case the added pressure on the door caused undue wear on the latch of $624.47 customer declined repair at this time. Customer paid by check for TC of $150. Sent email to customer for receipt."
