Drain pump was also blocked with debris. Cut drain line down to prevent kinking since theres plenty of room to get hand to guide drain line in drain pipe. Waited until ice started accumulating on evaporator. Everythings performing as designed now.

Recommended cleaning refrigerator with 1 teaspoon of baking soda in 1 quart of water and to turn off power to refrigerator and leave doors open. Also suggested to leave a box of baking soda in the refrigerator to help absorb smell. File number 7741955044 Nathan from tech line said that hes heard but not tried to use newspaper to try to absorb some of the smell or to try and place a bowl of vinegar in the freezer until its frozen and refrigerator section. Nothing smelling like refrigerant leak and leak detector was only going off on insulation which confirmed by tech line is normal. UV light rated for non goggle use didnt indicate any leaks either. No staining or painting was done before any of this which would migrate into refrigerators and dryers. Homeowners going to try some of the non evasive solutions before trying to wipe down unit and leave open for a couple days. Thanks!

Either way filter has been reset 3 times and needs to be replaced. If ice makers not making ice after filter change well need to order ice maker and valve. If ice maker is working well just need to order the ice maker extension arm that was broken that I left on the counter. New ice maker will come with the extension arm if ice maker is needed. Removed emitter and receiver boards and swapped out with ice maker module. Tech line said it was the boards but I suspect it was only the ice maker. Either way I let homeowner know that if ice maker module doesnt fix it then well have to re-install and charge for the receiver and emitter boards in addition to what was collected for original diagnoses. $659.78 minus $150 (service fee already paid). $509.78 would be owed to also replace emitter and receiver boards if only module doesnt work. Told homeowner to check and see in the morning to know whether its working. Thank you! Usually we cant return control parts but are making an exception because we had this in stock so we dont need to send back to manufacturer. Everything should be working as designed.

"Customer concern is that unit stopped and spun multiple times at the end of a cycle. She had sheets in unit and ran load on delicate cycle. Found no saved error codes. Tested unit in diagnostic and found it completing without issues. Suspension is ok and unit is level. I can find no issues with unit. Reminded customer of loading procedures. Informed customer that unit may not run the same way or for same amount of time each cycle, even if its the same load and settings. I recommended customer wash sheets on normal cycle. Some of the markings on cooktop were incorrect and had to swap a couple versus whats stated on cookrop because some werent allowing simmer and others werent allowing larger flame. Big double burner is for precise simmer as I tried the largest office spud and was only getting a medium style flame. Checked all burners on simmer to make sure none go out. Everythings performing as designed now. Unit wasnt converted to propane from installer which is why burners werent working correctly before.
