"Took quick pics, found sediment in valve and jamming up cold line casuing a long fill 8-1 error and a pressure sensor error 3-1. Cleared codes and installed new valve. found unit running in a safety loop now, Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Removed back of unit and checked venting and blower housing. Found clog in vent and blower housing. Removed clog. Unit now has proper airflow and working without vent attached. Reinstalled panel and vent back on unit. Unit still has struggling airflow advised customer to call vent cleaning service for best airflow and proper operation of machine. Unit checks ok.

"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. LED indicator isnt on in tech sheet states there could be dc drop from shifter. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Customer was worried unit had crack or defect in cooktop glass. Inspected cooktop to make sure there were no cracks or chips in cooktop. Found little specs that could be mistaken as chipped glass. Scraped little specs off with fingernail and removed specs. Glass checks ok. Units glass just had little specs of hard food or debris on cooktop that would not come off without scraping a little bit. Unit checks ok.
