"Took quick pics, found unit stuck in safety loop and drain pump running. Wait for it to finish and put unit into diagnostics. Found a 3-1 pressure sensor error. Found hose connected to port properly. Ran diagnostic test and unit completed all steps then after kept running safety loop. Recalibrated unit and ran quick wash. Unit filled and stopped valve, and started agitation. Will need control for complete repair. Did let customer know control on BO; ordrng 1 W11608056 (Control) and 1 J13 (Job code)"

7740791300 Joe Took quick pics and temps in ff and fz compartment ff is 35 and fz is 2 degrees. Checked running pressure on compressor unit is at correct running pressure. Took evap cover off and found a good frost pattern. Called techline reported my findings with Joe. He states that it is possible its spoiled for or something has permeated the liner from something introduced from the environment. I advised customer scrub the inside of compartment with baking soda and vinegar and see if that will alleviate the odor. Unit does not have a leak in the sealed system and has not stopped cooling properly since I was here last. Unit checks ok

"Took quick pics, found unit not draining, found wiring harness was cut at drain pump, installed new harness. Ran diagnostic cycle unit completed Before I installed new harness I checked polarity and grounding at outlet all is good and checks correct and took console down checked capacitor on board and nothing is grounded. Cord is properly grounded and all grounding wires on original harness are in place and tightly screwed down. Checked voltage on cabinet and voltage is 0VAC. I believe because its been so cold, the customer experienced a static shock, not an electrical one. Called safety team and reported with Donna my findings. Unit checks ok ; used 1 W11643701 (Harness) from stock"
