Unit has f3 and f9 faults stored. Drain pump cuts in and out. Drain pump is failing and locking up . Unit also needs pressure sensor. Door hinge is worn causing door to sag and hit front panel. Unit also needs water system parts due to no water coming through fabric softener channel. "Customer states unit leave soap residue on clothing , agitator cap pops off and dispenser leaves water in tray after usage . Customer also states afresh message will appear as reminder even if afresh was recently used . Unit has no stored faults. Removed dispenser tray. Water valve isnt bleeding and closes off as designed. Unit passes automatic diagnostic cycle. Agitator cap is tight and pops into place . Went over soap usage and use and care with customer. Unit works as designed. Unit check is ok"

"Took quick pics, found unit will say feature not available when trying to bake or broil. Checked diagnostics for codes. Found the unit shows an F6E1 oven over temp. Cleared code and flipped breaker for a minute. Now oven bakes for a minute then goes black and says feature not available again. Would need console for repair but its NLA called AIG. Spoke with Allison at AIG told her that the consul is no longer available. She put this in to the customer resolution team and they should be contacting the customer within the next 2 to 3 business days."
