Unplugged and took rotor off to check slide and magnets. All are in place and intact. Reinstalled rotor and made sure screw was tight. Ran normal cycle with no clothes and let run and it agitated when it moved to wash. Had customers husband put a load of towels in and ran on normal. I took videos of different stages of the cycle agitating with clothes and how that looks. Unit is functioning as designed."

Found unit making rubbing noise at bearings of gearcase. Found screw underneath that holds rotor stator coming loose as well most likely from gearcase oil that is leaking down screw and causing it to loosen. Gave customer estimate for parts of 712.36 customer declined estimate. Customer stated unit still works so they will continue to use it until noise is unbearable and buy a new one. Collected trip charge of 150.00. Job complete.

Homeowner stated that washer would stall in drain portion of cycle. Pulled out washer and found kinked drain hose. Removed kink from drain hose and put black tape around it to help straighten it out. Pulled drain hose out of washer stand pipe to make sure it was only in enough so it doesnt siphon. Looked up in service manual that the cycle named colors with soak will add 10 minutes of soak time after initial fill. Tested washer on complete quick wash cycle to make sure everythings performing properly after calibration. Found top part of freezer evaporator frozen over. Checked and found thermistors checking ok in diagnostic. Also found heater coming on in diagnostic. Contacted tech support and spoke to Brandon. I informed him of all previous repairs and tests done. Sent him pictures of the evaporator. Evaporator is fully frosted but frozen on top portion. he recommended replacing the evaporator fan and evaporator cover.
