"Took quick pics, found units drip tray full of water, emptied tray and checked for codes, none stored. Took door panel off and ran diagnostic cycle. No codes at end of cycle and didnt see any apparent leaking. The insulation that sit behind the kickplate is discolored like its been wet at one point. Ran unit on sensor cycle and watched the water at the bottom seal between door panels. Found when unit is spinning bottom arm the water is pulsing over the lip and splashing over, this started to occur about 30-40 minutes into the cycle. I found the front leveling feet were all the way up, I did raise the front of the unit about 2 inches to keep the front slightly high than the back to keep the water from sloshing through the door panels. No indication of water (rust spots or mineral deposits) anywhere on metal frame. Tub seams are intact and the drain hose/fill hose are tight and no leaks from motor. Unit checks ok. Had office run cc for $150 Tc and email receipt"

Customer states unit will leak out of front left corner after every cycle. Float tray is dry and no stored faults. No residue of gasket leak in door. Ran service cycle . No leaks . Removed drip tray. No sign of leak residue. Ran normal cycle . No sign of leak . Called tech line and spoke with Jeremy . Uninstalled unit with unit running. No sign of leak any where . Gasket is locked tight in channels on tub. No cracks in wash arms . Sent pictures to tech line with tub and no sign of leaks . Removed outer door panel. Found GFCI breaker randomly tripping. Found unit with f7e9 error code. Tested diagnostic cycle. Cycle went through no issues. Called techline techline went over checks and stated that if amps being drawn are above 20 amps when breaker pops could be component in machine if below 20 its house power issue. Tested through normal wash unit did not pop breaker during cycle. During testing of unit it never reached past 5 amps. Went ahead and replaced control of unit since it was acting strange. "Unit not cooling. Found unit has leak somewhere in refrigeration system. Compressor running ok. All fans working. Most likely culprit is evaporator but it is possible leak could be coming from back of unit near compressor or drier filter. Called JR about what repair would cost best case scenario 500$ worst case around 1000$ told customer price range of repair cost, customer approved of repair saying repairing is cheaper than replacing. Collected 150.00 trip charge and will let sealed system tech determine total cost of repair on return visit. When going to repair unit removed old thermistor and checked resistance at thermistor. Reinstalled old thermistor and checked resistance at board. Found that resistance of thermistor is good but wiring through cabinet has no resistance from what meter is saying. Called customer to let him know that unit is not repairable based on readings at board for thermistor. Customer already paid trip charge in previous visit will not be charging customer anything else. Customer understands and said he will look into getting a new one. Informed customer unit should work for the next few weeks since ice was dethawed at evaporator coil. Waived rest of estimate since unit cannot be repaired customer owes nothing.

"Took quick pics, found unit had quarters stuck in the coin drop and the return button is jammed. Customer opened the coin box and the top of coin box for me, I took coin drop out of coin box housing and found 5-6 quarters stuck in the top of the drop and a few side by side which caused it to jam. Removed quarters from drop and replaced drop into housing. Before returning coin box I dropped a few quarters one by one in drop slot to make sure they go through all the way and its fine. Unit checks ok. Customer paid for tc and labor of $209.99 emailed receipt"
