Customer said unit does not heat. Found no power on the red wire from the motor. Checked motor and found the main harness not snapped into place on the lower side of the motor. Snapped harness into place and pulled on it to make sure it could not come loose. Harness is secure. Tested operation. Dryer now heats properly.

"Replaced evaporator,compressor,and filter drier. Evaporator was leaking. Pressurized at 250 psi for 15 minutes then vacuumed for 30 minutes until vacuum reached 500 microns. Added 4.24 ounces of R134a refrigerant to system. Everythings performing as designed. Let homeowner know itll take 24 hours to get back to correct temperatures. Has 5 year parts and labor on the sealed system so owner doesnt owe anything towards repair."

Found unit making grinding noise at end of cycle. Unit has no error codes. Checked underneath unit found screw to rotor/stator loose. Applied red locktite to screw and tightened down. Unit no longer making grinding noise in spin. All functions pass. Informed customer there was a small amount of oil in stator from gearcase and may not be a big deal now but as a heads up may need new gearcase in the future. Customer acknowledges. Running pressures -18 low side 30-35 p.s.i high side. 9 degrees in freezer. Has to above 40 degrees. Pressures holding steady indicating no non condensables in the system. File number 7741208914 Brandon from techline in the ambient conditions of the freezer being in the porch that it wont cool correctly. Needs to be indoors where the ancient temperature is above 40 degrees. When arriving temperature is 37 degrees. Pressures according to tech line are in normal range considering temperatures. Operating outside of design temperatures. Let homeowner know that after they bring it in the house and if theyre still having issues to call us back.

Homeowner stated when cooking bread that oven was set at 350 and dropped to 315. Put in thermal probe to check temperatures. 1.66@334 degrees fareinheit. Used resistance box to see if control boards was reading temperature probe correctly and it was. Set resistance box to 1750 k ohms and started preheat and control correctly said it was at 400 degrees. When initially preheating oven at 350 temperature didnt even get close to set point or past like it shouldve. Replaced temperature sensor and everythings performing as designed.

Let them know that itll take awhile to use all the rinse aid at level one and that its better to use gel detergent filled up to the first line.
