Customer did mention lid lock wouldnt work previously. Cycled units drain and spin twice lid locked twice when starting both cycles. Informed customer it is possible that unit has lid lock issue thats intermittent but wont know for sure until unit has regular use. Customer acknowledged what was explained said they will keep it as a back up and if they need a lid lock they will give us a call, will also make attention note for lid lock with part number in case it is needed. Found unit with LF error code unit not filling fast enough with water. Checked drain hose made sure drain found drain hose over a foot down in house drain adjusted drain line to proper depth and secured with zip tie. Checked water shutoffs and made sure both were fully open. Cycled unit. Unit appears to be functioning normally at time of testing after adjusting shutoffs and drain line depth. Unit checks ok.

"Found f0e8 (water ring). Tested unit in diagnostics and found unit completing cycle without issue. I found unit wobbly and not level. Leveled unit. When unit is in spin cycle, unit vibrates and shakes other things in room due to unsturdy floor. Informed customer that that is an issue with the floor itself, and not the unit. Also found extra rinse setting coming on when drain and spin is selected. Explained to customer that if the extra rinse is selected, the unit will add water to cycle. Also explained to customer proper loading procedures and the importance on not overloading machine and recommended washing comforters and other large items at a laundry mat. If load is too large, unit may get out of balance and not complete cycle properly. Customer understood. At this time, unit is functioning as designed with no leaks detected."
