"Took quick pics, found unit leaking gas to where its permeated the whole house. Unit was already pulled out when I got there. Took back panel off and sprayed all gas joints in manifold with soap leak detector. Turned on both ovens and elements. Found the only bubbles came from the regulator called safety team and reported my findings with Robin, unit is under warranty so parts and labor are covered. Also found some burners not lighting properly, once the gas flow is corrected the burners should light correctly. Also found stove orfices are still for natural gas. Will need parts for repair. Before I left I turned gas line off behind stove and left unit unplugged. Prescheduled for 6/11 if parts arrive on time. If not I will run on 6/14; ordrng 1 WPW10546238 (Regulator) and 1 Q16 (Job code) and 1 W11674161 (Orficekit)"

Let run for 10 minutes and took temps with my laser thermometer and found its mid 60s on left side 78-85 degrees in the center and 98 degrees on right side. Called techline and spoke with Chris sent him pictures of the condensation on the LHFF door gasket and the condensation circle on the horizontal mullion. He sent this to the review team will wait to hear back. If they exchange it customer service will be in contact with customer within the following 2-5 business days"

"Removed center shelf and evaporator cover. I found a good frost pattern with no ice build up on evaporator. I found evaporator drain frozen and clogged. Also found rivets on right rail too long, preventing drawer from opening and closing properly. Filed off some of the rivet and drawer is now functioning normal. Cleared drain and tested ice maker. At this time, all operations ok at this time,with no leaks detected. Collected 125 for labor."

Installed new parts. Old ignitor arched and grounded tripping fuses. After parts replaced ignitor glows And solenoids open. Unit doesnt heat due to low to no gas pressure. Maintenance states that new never been used gas line was installed prior to dryer being delivered. Dryer didnt heat out of the box due to grounded ignitor from transport or factory. Customer to contact plumber who added gas line for faulty hand valve.

Found unit not heating. Called techline. Techline after going through checks came to the conclusion that unit is either not getting enough power or there is something wrong with the wire harness. Checked incoming power behind unit and found there is a little bit of play in outlet for power cord that causes power to be lost and not heat.
