I put unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes. No stored error codes. Put unit in auto test and all functions pass. Found drain line folded over and collapsing elbow. Corrected drain line positioning . Found an inspection mirror between washer and pedestal. Removed inspection mirror.There is no load in unit. Put a load in the unit and ran a rinse /spin cycle. Found unit making vibration noise when drain pump is on and noise when washer is spinning and shocks are taking the load. Customer also said unit sat at 1 on the display for at least 10 minutes then she canceled cycle.Called tech line and spoke to Andrew. He advised unit is working as designed. Fresh food section not cooling. Fan test had very little air out of top of the air tower. No excess frost on evap. With main cover off back styrofoam cover had fell forward. Water reservoir was bypassed presume it had cracked but weight of reservoir without being attached to tubing caused cover to fall. Removed reservoir and reattached both covers. Air flow normal. No leak from tubing in ff section. Unit checks ok.

"Recently installed compressor was locked up wouldnt start. New compressor did start out of the box. Installed compressor and drier filter. Blew system out to try to eliminate contamination. Pulled vacuum and charged unit with 4.2 oz of 134a. Cycled unit. New compressor ran several minutes then stopped running, tripped the overload and wouldnt start again, tripping overload each time it reset and tried to start. Installed another relay and overload. Compressor started with a very rough sound but low side pressure did not pull down at all from fully equalized pressure. Unit appears to have system contamination thats damaging new compressors. After consulting with MA ordering again for a final attempt to remove contamination. Ordering parts. "Customer states both cavitys are 50:degrees off and Wi-Fi feature doesnt work. Unit has several faults. F6, f2 and meat probe jack . Entered diagnostics. Cycled each individual element in each cavity .all elements , bake,broil ,convection ,fans including cooling fans activate. Preheated both cavitys to 350. Both cavitys reached target temp and held temp. After going to calibrate UI panel became glitchy and rebooted on its own . Panel is covered for 60 months .
