Let them know itll take takes about three days for ice bucket to fill up with ice. Cycled ice maker then turned it off because they had ice bucket removed. Put ice bucket in after turning on ice maker. Showed them how to take off kick plate and adjust leveling screws to raise the refrigerator so its on a lean so doors close. Everythings performing as designed.

Informed customer if he smells a burning smell on his clothes for the first cycle it is because of the lint that was left is burning up at the heating element but will resolve itself after a load or two and using air dry when necessary. Customer acknowledges and will keep an eye on unit and clothes for smell. All functions pass.

Replaced leaking water filter. Measured aftermarket filters to try and determine if that was the cause of failure. Part of housing that was leaking was most likely the cause of the after market filter. When measured aftermarket filters to activation prong was 1/16 inches longer than O.E.M. most likely causing o-ring to not sit correctly. Recommended throwing away old aftermarket filters. Everythings performing as designed after taping up door wires and leveling refrigerator. Office will send receipt after card is ran for remaining balance of $258.25. Thanks

Unit passes auto test. Called tech line and spoke with Leon.while on the phone with Leon board relay began clicking over and over with pump constantly running. Sent pictures to Leon. Ran washer with a load of blue jeans on quick wash. I can step on the floor in front of the left front corner of the washer and the washer moves. The floor is moving and causing machine to bounce.Called tech line Derek. Tech line stated Unit is working as designed. Floor needs fixed and make sure not to overloaded.
