This refrigerator has a leak in the mullion Yoder loop. After vacuuming refrigerant that had a standing pressure of 20 psi I pressurized with nitrogen to test for leaks. Couldnt find any leaks in either evaporators or refrigerant lines with pressure test. Added a couple ounces of r134a refrigerant and pressure tested again at 250 psi. Again no leaks at refrigerant lines in machine compartment or either evaporator with electronic leak detector. After pressure dropped 4 psi in 20 minutes the leak detector went off at Yoder loop mullion. Let homeowner know that leak couldnt be fixed. Drain pump wasnt latched all the way. When I tested after finishing repair it wasnt leaking and homeowner stated she completed a whole load and it was fine. Didnt leak until second load.
