"Took quick pics, found unit had no codes stored but customer had tried to run diagnostics cycle and they were probably cleared then. I ran a diagnostic cycle and all steps completed. Unplugged unit and took top off. Checked resistance to valves and drain pump all check good against tech sheet. Checked resistance through harness to pressure sensor harness checks good. Blew through hose and found no cracks or clogs. Plugged unit back in and found 5DCV to pressure switch. If problem Persia would need control for repair. Gave cust est of $704.41 customer declined repair at this time. Had office run cc for $150 email receipt"
