When I arrived I noticed flooring was removed under the dishwasher and in front. Ran dishwasher on test cycle twice and couldnt see any leaks. Removed outer door to see if dispenser or vent is leaking and still no water marks or evidence of leaking. Filled up sink a third of the way by dishwasher and didnt find any leaks there either. Asked person who let me in if she noticed any water around filter area after not running the dishwasher and she said she didnt notice anything. Called safety team to document findings of no leaks or evidence of leaks observed. Found out when leaving that person who met me there was a friend of the homeowner.

Techline stated based on pictures and amount of warps unit has damage to rivets of wave guide and cabinet. Techline stated unit is unrepairable. Found top portion of evaporator frozen over and unit in defrost when I arrived. Heater is on. found unit set to to -5 in fridge 33 in fresh food. Set unit to recommended temp settings. Contacted tech support and spoke to Kelly. She said that we had to make sure defrost bi-metal is in proper location and recommended thawing evaporator out and calling tech line back. Removed all ice from evaporator and found bi-metal in proper location. Called tech line back and spoke to David. I informed him of situation. He recommended setting unit back to recommended factory settings and that unit appears to be functioning normally at this time. All operations ok with no leaks detected. Sr number (7741371070)

"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. Changed shifter because light was off on control and tech sheet states to replace shifter if light is off. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes.
