Replaced thermistor and insulated foam evaporator cover and incoming water lines to help prevent cold air escaping evaporator housing. When done I cleaned out condenser after removing kick plate. Tried filling ice maker but fill tube was frozen. Thawed out fill tube and filled ice maker. Told homeowner that fill tube may have frozen due to water line being frozen and not allowing enough water to go through ice maker fill tube causing it to freeze. Told him to call us if it doesnt drop more than 1 batch of ice and that it takes three days to fill up ice bucket.
