"Found freezer door not closing properly , due to paneling on doors. Customer said that will be fixed soon. Customer said food has actually been freezing in fresh food section sometimes but over temp alarm and 54 (fresh food) flashing on display when I arrived. Attempted to clear alarm and could not. Entered diagnostics and found compressor and fan so working ok. Damper operation ok. Door appears to be sealing ok. Found fresh food temp 44 and dropping. Contacted tech support and spoke to Jeremy. As tech line picked up, over temp alarm went away and fresh food temps can now be adjusted. Informed tech line of situation. We changed defrost setting to 8hour timer. Checked and observed frost pattern and found evaporator fully evenly frosted with no frost buildup. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Sr (7741595962)"

"Took quick pics, found unit off but resivor is full. Ra. Unit through diagnostics and found it fills but doesnt circulate water and then it drains it. Found recirculating pump is humming and when I touch it I can feel it vibrating but no water comes out. Found when I pulled the insert with recirculating pump in it out, the hose came off. Found the bit of tube that goes to pump was kinked and not secure, straightened hose back out and reattached and gently reinstalled pump housing into resivor. Unit now fills and circulated water over the plate properly. Let unit run cycle until the valve reversed and a fully formed block slid off slab. And new slab started recirculating. Unit checks ok. Charged customer for $224.99 and emailed receipt"

Inspected and found rotor bolt fell out of place and found piece of foreign metal in drain hose. Removed Mets and installed new bolt to rotor. Inspected and found no damage to components. Pulled unit out and found when the installer hooked it up, he put power cord over motor capacitor Ned when it was pushed into the counter the cord pulled one side of the harness off the motor capacitor. When I arrived homeowner stated that washer would leak in three days. Noticed that drain pipe behind washer isnt the correct 39 inches tall like its supposed to. Calibrated washer and ran a cycle until agitation on heavy and bulky sheets cycle because those cycles put in the most water. After running both cycles the washer was working fine and there were no leaks observed. Raised up drain line and put a loop in it as high as I could get it. Let homeowner know that drain line has to be at least 39 inches high from floor and cant be more than 4 inches inserted into drain. Checked underneath washer again after testing and found no leaks.

Fresh food section is 46 degrees and 29 in the freezer. Drain trough for fresh food section is cracked. Put unit diagnostics and set to test 4. In test 4 step 4 and 5 the pressures are low. There is no dye on either evaporator or in the machine compartment. Advised customer to rebuild the sealed system it would cost $3500. There is still a possibility the leak is in an area that cannot be gotten to.
