"Took quick pics found unit would make a gurgling noise when running and you can hear most of it from the back right corner where the lines come into the evaporator. Put extra permagum over cap tubes to dampen noise, also found wheel not screwed into right front corner, secured wheel housing with screws to cabinet and leveled unit. Also found unit is 32 degrees in ff section, it is warm and humid in kitchen advised customer to see if she could cool it down in the room so the fridge would run less time and I also turned fz shutter to max to have less air move into fridge compartment to even out temps and prevent freezing Unit checks ok; used 1 212643 (Permagum) from stock"

"Door code 4149. Found unit unplugged and door locked, when I arrived. Plugged unit in and found no response from user interface, unit getting proper voltage. Dryer is stacked on unit. Cannot remove dryer with cart, due to limited space in bathroom. Informed customer that she would have to have dryer pulled off unit while we are out here diagnosing, or we would have to bring a second technician to help remove, which would be 300 dollars. The model and serial umber on ticket are incorrect, and because I cannot open door, I cant look up parts. The issue appears to be with the control and user interface, but I cant know for sure, without access to unit. Customer understood and doesnt wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call."

"Water turned off when I arrived. Found water damage to floor behind unit (quick pic) and ceiling downstairs under unit. Turned water on and inspected valve, and water lines while filling ice maker and water dispenser. Can find no dripping or leaking from water lines. All connections are tight. There appears to be an issue with the plumbing within wall, because I cannot find a leak from unit at this time. Quoted customer 522.83 to replace Valve (W10865826) water tube (W11209890), if they wish to, just in case there is an issue with unit that we cant recreate. Because we cannot recreate issue while Im in the home, we cant know for certain. Turned water back off to unit. Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call"

"Took quick pics, found unit ff door gasket not sealing fully. Sealed cabinet to liner with rtv silicone, found when I took ff door off, the bottom washer was missing a piece causing door to sag. Installed new washer and reinstalled doors, pulled gaskets with heat gun and taped door closed. "Took quick pics, found a burning odor coming from drum when unit is heating. Unplugged unit and took front panel off and removed drum. Found bottom of unit covered in lint and lint in the flame tunnel. Cleared out all debris by hand at first and then vacuumed out the rest. Took exhaust duct off back of dryer and emptied out what was in the duct tube. I advised customer to clean the lint screen as well due to having a small bit of built up on screen. Put everything back together and ran on high on timed dry and after about 5-10 minutes opened the door and the burning smell is no longer present. Called safety team and spoke with Lucretia and she documented findings under SR# 7739636126. Since no parts replaced customer only responsible for labor of $129.99 and will contact the office to complete payment. Unit checks ok."

"Customer states ice clumps in ice bin . Ice bin specifically in refrigerator door and mullion has condensation. Bin can be easily removed. Not froze over . Ice box ducts in door are clear and lower has suction . Duct gasket in door are as designed . No ice forming on fill tube or in imk area in door.no Splashing during fill . In door gasket is ok . Imk door gasket ok . Unit passes step 120. Customer states he only empties bin when clumping occurs. All checks made per service pointer video. Called tech line and spoke with Chris . Step 55,56,97,96 ,63,64,65,66. Door catches close on their own. Customers temp settings are 40 and 4. Mullion has 12volts dc . Tuned mullion on 100% in test 85.
