"Complaint is that ice is wet and soupy throughout the day. I tested and found heater ok and bin thermistor ok. In diagnostic I found water reservoir not filling all the way. Compressor fan ok and good frost pattern. Replaced Circulation pump (W11542867) and tested again. Found all operations ok at this time, with no leaks detected. Did not move unit."

Explained to customer that the cold air in the fresh food section comes from air vent in ice maker housing, and food directly beside or under ice housing may freeze. Recommended customer keep high moisture items away from this area. Customer understood. At this time, unit is functioning as designed with no leaks detected. Did not move unit."

No property damage or injury .sent pictures to Chris . Chris states cold water would have had to have voltage coming through cold water side. Unit passes all unit checks and works as designed. Unit has no voltage from ground to machine or ground to both water hoses . Chris advised to secure hoses to not touch machine . Chris advised we cant replicate failure at this time . Found unit with same issue of filling with water pausing for a few minutes and then draining. Unit also starting without money. Found error codes for long fill and no fill. Unit has water pressure of 100 psi and good voltage. Called techline. Techline advised to run unit through diagnostic cycle to verify components functions. All components working. Cleared error codes and cycled unit through calibration cycle. Unit appears to be operating normally again and requires money to start. No new error codes found in diagnostics. "Travis @ techline 7739744458Took quick pics, found unit unplugged. Left unit unplugged and took evap panel off. Took quick pics, of all connections on harness, found all wires to be in perfect condition, no breaks or tears, or pinched and took pictures of heater and evap tray, entire tray is silver with no black marks or arch pitting. Found no fracturing in heater rod, heater showing 36 ohms no indication of arching or grounding. Pulled unit out and took off unit cover, took pictures of lower harness and drain tube extension. Found everything looks good and no broken wires or arch marks on anything. Reinstalled unit compartment cover and plugged unit in, found compressor runs normally and fans come on. Called techline spoke with Travis and he noted everything I relayed from the customer, he had me text him pictures of the evap fan harness and the heater and the evap tray. He attached those photos to the file and made documentation of it. He told me I can by pass bi metal since unit has been off and pour some water on the heater to check for arching. I did by pass bimetal, turned unit to test 6 and waited approximately 10 minutes for it to get hot and poured about 8oz of water over it. Heater made normal sizzling noise thats to be expected when water comes in contact with a hot heater rod. Found no indication of sparking or arching when hot heater was wet. Reinstalled bimetal and reassembled all parts and panels. Unit is functioning as manufacturer designed. Unit checks ok."

Found unit not cooling. Found temperature in refrigerator at 45 and freezer at 25. Checked amp draw at compressor and found .22 amp draw indicating leak in unit. Called techline. Went over checks with techline. Found unit has leak somewhere in system. Will order parts for repair. Found f4e4 (l2 line voltage error) f4e3 (restricted airflow). Tested unit and found it not heating. Checked and found element bad and wire going to element damaged and charred. Also found rollers not functioning properly. Main wire harness (W10901572) element (WP3387747) and roller kit (4392067) needed. Quoted customer 815.63 to complete repairs. Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call. Left unit off at breaker.
