"Took quick pics, found unit had F0E7 and a F3E5 bulk pump error. Cleared codes and ran diagnostic test. Found unit runs through each function. Ran regular cycle and found even with load and go selected it will not always put out the detergent. Followed tech sheet for bulk pump error. Found pump showing 1.7kohms but should be between 16-19ohms. Found sensor for detergent read out does show on display but every time I check it, even without running the dispenser, the value is showing different. Ran one load where detergent was dispensed and it went from 100% to 50%. Didnt run again and checked read after just spinning the basket and it showed 75%. Would need control and bulk pump/sensor for repair. Gave customer est of $796.73. Had office run cc for $150 TC and email receipt. Will call us back if she wants repaired."

"Took quick pics, found unit showing no codes. Customer states water wouldnt stop running into basket and she pressed and held start button and unit wouldnt shut off so she unplugged it. Let it sit for a bit, plugged it back in, ran a drain and spin, and that completed as normal. She ran a normal cycle after that and everything ran normal and has he has had no issues since then. I ran diagnostic cycle and recalibration cycle. Both completed as normal. Unplugged unit and checked resistance to valves and drain pump, motor and shifter all check ok. Found pressure hose a bit loose, corrected howre so its now tight on port. Called safety team and waited 12 minutes, nobody answered and having to wait longer than that in a customers house is unreasonable."

Cusotmer states soap dispensing doesnt work . Unit has no stored faults soap dispenser works in service diagnostics component activation step 16. Showed customer. Ran auto test. Soap dispenses and unit completes cycle. Customer states unit has odd noise. Odd noise is confirmed by customer of slider energized. All normal noise and behavior . Soap dispenser is set on 10x. Moved setting to 2x. Started normal cycle . Unit began pumping soap . Showed customer with flash light in tub. Set unit to 6x per customers request and Disabled dispenser for 1 cycle to avoid heavy sudding . Unit check is ok

"Took quick pics, found unit showing a 7-6 motor fault. Ran through diagnostics cycle and found unit makes a loud clicking when switching between agitate and spin. Also found the spin continuously makes the noise. Tipped unit back and found there to be gearcase oil dripping from rotor. Rotor bolt was backed out of gearcase and rotor had too much play in it. Took rotor off and found a scrape mark all the way around it. Also found broken wire to clutch in lower harness where harness clip has fallen forward and was scraping on rotor and rotor broke wire in half. Need parts for repair m; ordrng 1 W11568984 (Lower harness) and 1 W11449841 (Gear case) and 1 W10734521 (Slide kit) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor) and 1 S17 (Job code)"
