Also found water, from drain hose, backing up in stand pipe. Moved drain hose to utility sink and removed coins from agitator plate. Calibrated and tested unit in auto diagnostic and manual diagnostic and found unit completing without issues. Also tested unit in rinse and spin. Unit completed without issues. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. I recommended customer have plumbing issue resolved and informed customer that the drain hose in the sink will work, but there is no way for me to secure it in place. Customer understands. Ran through diagnostics, unit had no codes stored. Put into manual test mode and ran through diagnostics the thermistor read out is correct and all dampers and fans are operating properly. Took crisper bins out to check operation of dampers to crispers and found there to be foam blacks on back of crisper shelf that were never removed from shipping, right above the damper vents, removed styrofoam. "Found unit not drying. checked incoming voltage. Incoming voltage good 240. Heating good. Checked airflow at back of machine. Unit lacking airflow. Found inside of blower housing clog of debris, lint and moisture causing blower wheel to not spin properly and seize up. Removed debris and all moisture lint in blower wheel and vent. Cycled unit. Unit now blowing air out of rear vent. Reinstalled house vent. Unit still has good airflow. Unit heats and tumbles. All functions pass."

Washer had very low drain outlet. Old drain pipe was broken off. Let homeowner know to get drain pipe repaired so its up enough to not siphon out water while washing essentials causing a low flow or no fill error. He said hell call back if theres anymore issues after replacing standpipe. Calibrated washer after leveling then ran a heavy cycle so water is as full as possible to make sure its not siphoning the way I hooked it up. Stopped washer while it was draining by unplugging it and all the water siphoned out. Washer wont work correctly until drain pipe is fixed.

Customer said no water entering in machine and it runs loud. Water/condensation inside the machine when the cycle is complete. 7.6 amps in wash and 4.0 in dry.Called tech line and spoke to Jared.Up the jet dry dispenser setting. Set a realistic expectation of drying of a plastic dishwasher. Plastic is not dense enough to hold heat like a stainless or porcelain dishwasher and that allows for more water to be left after the cycle is complete.Dishwasher is working as designed. F6E4 communication mismatch. Already replaced all control boards and another company replaced the appliance manager again. Says it was working better but still not working right. Boyd file number 7741558460 says to call trade care and let them know the unit wasnt working since new and that homeowner will have to go through them to either swap out or give repair concessions. Whirlpool isnt covering anymore part replacements due to oven being a scratch and dent model. Waited on hold for trade care to see how they want to proceed. 1866-233-8547 (trade care number file number 7741558460) Whirlpool trade care says that homeowner has to call trade care to see if the unit is covered under warranty.

When arriving I noticed three way valve clicking. Unplugged dc components to see if anythings loading down unit. LED lights are all out and theres no compressor or fans on. After unplugging and plugging back in refrigerator it came back to life. Let homeowner know that in this situation when theres no lights or fans working we order the control board just to start and if it ends up being other parts then itll cost more than the refrigerator. Control boards usually around $700 for this style refrigerator. Let homeowner know if the same exact symptoms occur it would be better to get a new refrigerator. This refrigerator is out of regular and compressor warranty and a compressor issue would exceed the cost of a new refrigerator. Everythings performing as designed now. Should take about 12 hours to get back down to correct temperature. Office will send receipt for trip fee after card is charged $150.00 thank you.
