"Found lower evaporator fan not running, but is getting proper voltage. I was able to get fan to move, by manually spinning propeller, and found noise not present. It seems as though ice is forming on evaporator, and hitting fan. I recommend replacing Lower evaporator fan motor (W10854409) and defrost sensor (W11573590). Informed customer, that due to the nature of the issue, there could always be further issues resulting in further repairs needed. Customer understood. Quoted customer 569.22.
