I jiggled the pump and it started working. Took pump out of housing and check resistance. Found it was a little high at 5ohms but not crazy out of range. Found the impeller sometimes is just spinning freely. Gave cust est of $210.86 customer agreed and installed new pump. Started unit on fast ice and this time unit started recirculating immediately. "Found freezer door not closing properly , due to paneling on doors. Customer said that will be fixed soon. Customer said food has actually been freezing in fresh food section sometimes but over temp alarm and 54 (fresh food) flashing on display when I arrived. Attempted to clear alarm and could not. Entered diagnostics and found compressor and fan so working ok. Damper operation ok. Door appears to be sealing ok. Found fresh food temp 44 and dropping. Contacted tech support and spoke to Jeremy. As tech line picked up, over temp alarm went away and fresh food temps can now be adjusted. Informed tech line of situation. We changed defrost setting to 8hour timer. Checked and observed frost pattern and found evaporator fully evenly frosted with no frost buildup. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Sr (7741595962)"
