"Took quick pics, found units panel was lit on some lights, hit cancel and unit drained, took door off to check loads since there are no codes stored in diagnostics. Unplugged control and tested resistance to all components. Drain, motor, dispenser, latch all check ok but incoming power is now showing 0V between black and white at control. Put door back together and removed kickplate. Found the white wire in the junction cation box was smashed into the cover. Unplugged unit and corrected wire in junction box, snipped off cut part and cleaned wire and screwed it back into wire nut properly. Plugged unit in, ran through diagnostics cycle, unit checks ok."

Found ice in fill tube of icemaker. Removed ice blockage and cycled icemaker again. Units icemaker now rotating and filling with water. All functions of unit check ok. Customer stated she was smelling gas all the time. Customer had gas company out and said that the unit was dispensing higher amount of Carbon monoxide than normal range. Checked washer for error codes and found none stored in control. Homeowners stated that clothes werent spinning out. Removed zip tie from drain hose after noticing drain hose was an our 1& 1/2 feet down drain. Suspect washer wasnt draining all the causing washer not to spin at the end of the cycle. Put washer in diagnostics to fill all the way then put it in a motor test to spin out. Sent homeowner email with both washer and dryer cycles explanation information. Thank you!

Customer stated unit was not filling with water. Found unit with f8e1 error code checked unit. Unit filling with water when activated in quick wash. Checked for leaks no leaks found. Unit stops filling with water and undergoes flood protocol when in use. Checked drain line. Found drain line too far down and too close to ground when in use causing water to be siphoned out and unit could never complete cycle. Adjusted drain line and moved to correct position. Informed customer that units drain line needs to be at certain height of washing machine and how proper setup of drain line should look. Customer acknowledges. Ran through quick wash cycle. All functions pass.

"7741712738 Edwin @ techlineInstalled parts and unit is still making a loud pop customer described it like one gun shot going off then she will stop it and wont use it, it never flips the breaker, and there is never any smoke or sparks. I ran about 8 different cycles with different times from 30 seconds to 5 minutes with various cook powers from 10%-100%. I cant replicate noise and I have also tried running it with a ball glass of water, a bowl of water, the glass and bowl together in the middle of the TT plate, on opposite ends of TT plate, Ive set the carousel off balance and run both containers with various amount of water in them, I can not duplicate the noise even in the slightest. I called techline spoke with Edwin, I gave him everything I had done so far and he asked if customer had been using stove prior to noise incidents because it could be an electrical snap from the door switches, she says no. Edwin documented findings and without duplication and the fact the unit is heating, and all electrical and mechanical parts are properly working at this time, he doesnt suggest we do anything further as product is working as designed.
