Found filter clogged with sediment and debris. Removed and cleaned out filter and valve. Reinstalled both. Cycled unit through normal wash with load of fabrics. Unit cycle accordingly and progressed past filling with water. No leaks during cycle at washing machine, did find small leak at shutoff valve when fully opened on cold side informed her she may need plumber to come take a look and possibly replace shutoff valve based on its age. All components working. All functions pass."

Suggest getting space heater installed in a spot where it wont be by combustible coupled with a temperature controlled outlet all found on Amazon for the laundry area to keep components from freezing in the colder months. Ran drain and spin cycle and full quick wash cycle. Suspect clothing is getting unbalanced and making the latch light flash indicating an out of balance issue. New washers have to have jeans and towels in a separate load and not mixed with each other or other clothing. Best way to finish cycle is to pause and re-distribute clothing then holding the start button to resume cycle. Everythings working as designed when testing and the only thing it can be is imbalanced loads. Also at end of cycle the drain pump came on sporadically indicating on board pressure sensor is failing. No one here at house to discuss issue but everything Im testing is working properly. Replaced control for filling issues with pressure sensor. Calibrated and re-tested. Performing as designed when testing

Unit pulled out when I arrived. Found f9e1 (drain system fault) on display when I arrived. Cleared code and inspected. Found drain pump wire broken. Repaired wire and found unit now draining. Unit is completing cycle but can hear belt and cam squealing loudly. Unit is functioning normal but I cannot guarantee wire repair will hold. Customer understands . Recommended customer replace Lower harness (W11590868) cam (W10721967) and belt (WPW10006384). Quoted customer 475.02 to replace harness and 572.22 to replace harness and belt and cam. Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call.
