"Took quick pics, found unit showing no codes, customer states unit doesnt bake right and nothing browns. And broil wont work. Found both elements come on in there respective cycles, asked customer if they are leaving the door with broil, they said yes, I went over broiler function with them and how the door needs to be left close for the element to cycle properly and it will not keep it on if the door is open. Used thermocouple to check oven bake temps. Found it had an 11 minute preheat. And the average of 6 running temps is 340.5 which is 5 degrees too low. I did calibrate unit up 15 degrees. Customer did state they open the door frequently to check cooking progress throughout the cycle, I did tell them the light is better for that because letting warm air out constantly during the cycle can cause less than ideal baking temps. Unit is working as manufacturer designed. I didnt move unit."

"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Installed control ran diagnostic cycle unit checks ok"

"7741812752 Took quick pics, found the wave guide had melted a hole in it and dropped plastic all over the popcorn bag that was popped. Customer stated unit kept beeping and flashing control board error code at them. Tried to energize unit by flipping breaker back on. Breaker instantly tripped. Removed all wiring from control board. Breaker still tripping. Removed all incoming power from dishwasher completely. Breaker still tripping. Customer has issue with house or breaker itself causing breaker to flip repeatedly even with dishwasher disconnected. Explained to customer that unit may have issue with control board but cannot check without power to unit. Told customer to call electrician and have them come out to fix breaker constantly tripping. Collected trip charge of 150.00. Told customer that once electrician fixes incoming power breaker issue to give us a call back so I can come back and thoroughly check machines components to have a definitive answer if control board needs to be replaced.

Found freezer evaporator frozen over again. Customer said a different company came out after us and replaced the defrost heater. Contacted tech support and spoke to George. Informed him of all parts replaced and work done. We turned on the heater in diagnostic and found it coming on. Door seals are ok. "Customer said they have not observed any loss of food or temperature issues regarding food. They have a digital thermometer in freezer and said they have seen temperatures fluctuate between -2 and 2. Found unit set to -5 when I arrived. Found some condensation on top of freezer door gasket. Found current freezer temp to be 0. In diagnostic i found all thermistors ok. Turned unit to 8 hour defrost timer and turned horizontal and vertical mullians to on. All fans and dampers working ok. All fans working. Inspected frost pattern and found it ok, with no ice build up. I set freezer temperature back to 0. Informed customer that this type of temperature fluctuations are normal for this machine and explained the defrost cycle for unit. Customer understands. At this time all operations ok with no leaks detected. Did not move unit. Collected 150 for service call."
