When arriving I checked temperatures and refrigerator section was about 50 degrees and the freezer was about 15 degrees. Frost was covering entire evaporator and evaporator cover. Steamed out frost and tested thermistor and it tested at 2.1 mega ohms which indicates its shorted. This is an entirely different issue that has the same symptoms as the sealed system failure a month ago. Called landlord and gave quote for $230.67 to replace thermistor. "Took quick pics, found unit full of water and the drain pump showing 0ohms at control. Found both wires open and the pump itself has 19 ohms. Found there to be a break in wiring harness. Spliced harness and put into a normal run cycle. Unit just constant runs drain pump. Stuck in saftey loop and will run cycle and drain pump at the same time. Advised customer we would need to replace harness and the estimate for that would be $788.57 Customer declined and I had office run cc for $150 Tc and email receipt"

"Took quick pics, found unit showing no codes. Ran through diagnostics cycle and found unit sqealing in spin. Ran drain and spin cycle found when unit is ramping up to next spin level it schreeches. Found the belt slipping on cam and cam had skip marks on it. Installed new belt. Ran drain and spin again noise is gone, unit checks ok ; used 1 W11239857 (Belt) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. "Took quick pics, found unit tumbles and heated. Pulled unit out and checked power found 240v while running across both hots. Unplugged and took back off found all thermals and heater closed and the timer is moving appropriately. Te duct run is less than 10 feet through the side of the house. About half the squirrel cage on the outside had lint, did advise customer remove that. Called techline and reported findings that unit is functioning as designed. Also unit is on 3rd story and there is motion transference from washing machine and washer wasnt level, its also possible clothes arent being spun out properly in washer and therefore causing longer drying times."

"Found fresh food section at 43 degrees and freezer at 20. Put unit in test 4 and step 4 low side pressure was 4 and step 5 was -2. Compressor making a grinding noise. Found uv dye on evaporator. Put unit in test 4 to open 3way vale to both evaporators. Recovered refrigerant, Replaced compressor,drier filter, 3 way valve and fresh food evaporator. Pressure tested with nitrogen. No leaks found. Pulled a vacuum. Unit held a vaccum. Charged system with 6.0 ounces of 134a. Watched frost pattern. Unit has a perfect frost pattern. All functions pass.Authorization k1e1oc0nl1.5"
