Found unit not drying. Found unit heating but will not dry. Checked units venting in back found water and big clog in venting behind machine. Found unit with poor airflow when in use still with vent removed. Found that housing for blower wheel clogged causing poor airflow. Removed clog in housing and in vent behind machine. Cycled unit through timed dry. Unit tumbles and heats. Has better airflow. Checks ok. Advised customer to get a home vent cleaning service to clean through the vents of the house to take care of issue completely as their is possibly still a blockage somewhere in house venting.
