"Found freezer evaporator frozen over. Found freezer fan not coming on in diagnostic. Also found defrost thermostat reading open, while its covered in ice and should read as closed. Found freezer evaporator fan not getting voltage. Freezer evaporator fan connector was backed out, slightly. Corrected and found same results. Checked at main control and found it not sending voltage to evaporator fan. New control board needed. I also recommended customer replace evaporator fan harness. Explained situation to customer. Informed customer that there could always be further issues resulting in further repairs needed. Customer understands. Quoted customer 665.17 to replace control only and 815.17 to replace Main control (W11548534) and Harness (W11661931). Customer does not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. "Took quick pics, installed bolt into condenser support first and checked temp. Found unit 48 and 33. Took evap cover off and fan was running and heater was hot. Evap completely silver, and after I took cover off the fan cut off and wouldnt run again. Pulled unit out and checked compressor windings which were in range. Found the unit not sending power to compressor and fans still wont run and 0 amp drawl. Unplugged and replaced main control. Immediately compressor and both compartment fans started running. Sat and let it run for ~10 minutes. And when I opened the freezer door the evap had full frost pattern. Put unit back together and it continued to run normally. Unit checks ok."

"Found f0e2 (over suds) and F5e4 (door not open between cycles). Tested and found hot and cold water reversed. Also found unit draining slowly. Found drain hose inserted too far into stand pipe. Also found debris clogging drain filter. Removed clog, corrected drain hose and water lines. Tested unit and found all operations ok at this time, with no leaks detected."
