"Customer says sometimes they will get an error code and sometime display will just freeze up u til they reset it at the breaker. Found F0e6 (lost communication) saved in unit. Unit is responding when I arrived. Contacted tech support and spoke to Nate. He said the issue would be in the console or the signal harness or either of the appliance managers, but there is not any testing we can do to determine. I quoted customer 1356.67 to replace 2 appliance managers (W10821712) and signal harness (W11132990). Would also like to replace console (W11232121) at the same time. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. "Found some cabinetry on both sides of unitwith trouble, when I arrived. Found some condensation forming on top of freezer door gasket. Inspected and found freezer door not closing properly. Also found all other doors not opening or closing properly, due to doors hitting/touching cabinets. Issue is with the cabinets and counters. If unit is pulled out a little, doors function as designed but the customer cant open drawers next to unit. Informed customer they will have to have a carpenter resolve installation issue. Found control board reading evaporator thermistor in refrigerator evaporator section reading 75 degrees with the evaporator full of frost. Removed shelving to get to refrigerator compartment evaporator thermistor and replaced with used thermistor that came off of a refrigerator that was less than six months old that the part the thermistor was attached to was bad. Re-checked refrigerator compartment evaporator thermistor after putting everything back together and coil thawed and it was reading 31 degrees which is more reasonable. If this doesnt work then the refrigerator compartment evaporator cover will need replacing. Everything should be performing as designed now.

Leveled refrigerator and doors. Needs check valve for dispenser leaking. Also needs filter housing because it keeps popping open even after adjusting kick-plate. Recommended getting extended warranty such as D&G Appliance Insurance which is Whirlpools extended warranty company. Were going to download data and send to Whirlpool so they can reviews data and let us know how to proceed. Took pictures of where loggers were at in both compartments saved in work order photos in case tech line needs. ; O-emld tckt

F6E1 runaway temperature. Tested oven sensor and it tests good at room temperature. Most likely control board has a relay sticking but homeowner stated that it hasnt done it since. Told homeowner to use oven to stress out relay to see if itll stick to know thats for sure the problem. Cleaned behind oven for homeowner. Quoted $721.63 to replace control and if deciding to go with repair $360.81 would be due at time of acceptance and $360.81 due at time of completion. Tested oven at 350 degrees and it got to temperature. Has 30 days to accept quote in order to avoid paying another diagnostics fee. Office will send receipt for service fee after card is charged. Saved quote to blue book.
