Customer stated unit takes forever and multiple tries to dry clothes. Checked voltage good voltage at 240. Checked for heat. Unit has heat. Checked airflow. Found almost no airflow back of unit. "Took quick pics, found unit was walking all around laundry closet, customer told me he laid on the floor with his feet braced against the all and he was holding the washer with his back to keep it from moving too much in spin. Found unit on a pedestal and none of the nuts were locked and unit was moving in spin due to the feet moving. Took pedestal drawer out and made all sides even with level then locked nuts in place. When I arrived theres still water freezing in middle of refrigerator and towards back of refrigerator not touching any walls. Called tech line and talked to Kirt and he said since everything we replaced that to just raise the refrigerator temperature to 41 degrees and see how it works. He said if it works like that then leave it there. Replaced defrost heater and wiring harness in freezer for shorting issues. Everything should be working as designed. File number 7742095489. Once I removed blockage, sensors now work properly. Gave est for tc and labor of $224.99 I did speak to customer in 113 about Lint trap and they didnt know the dryer had one, so I gave them the part number to the manual so they can read up on it when it gets moved back into their apartment."

"Replaced compressor and drier due to seized compressor. Pressurized with 250 p.s.i. of nitrogen and after testing for leaks I vacuumed system for over 40 minutes to make sure system is dry. Recharged system with required amount of R600a stated on data tag in refrigerator compartment. Let homeowner know it should take 24-48 hours to cool back down to normal temperatures. Also replaced fan,fan blade,and sealed with foam tape to reduce noises as much as possible. Let homeowner know that water noise periodically is normal due to refrigerant entering capillary tube. "Refrigerator temperatures were 40 all the way down to 34 degrees. Moisture on top of cabinet in refrigerator section. Also drain was clogged with sheet of ice underneath drawer. Not 100% sure if the blocked drain caused moisture in refrigerator section but when I removed evaporator cover I noticed a block of ice by the capillary tube indicating the sealed system may have a leak or restriction. Freezer temps were good. Suspect we may have an early sign of a sealed system problem but wont know for a couple of days to see if everything gets back to normal. Removed ice and cycled ice maker and ice maker filled up with water. If this refrigerator needs a sealed system (compressor,filter drier,and evaporator) Im going to recommend replacing since a sealed system on this refrigerator will cost more than $2000.00. Quote to replace sealed system is $2131.22 which includes parts and labor. If deciding to go with repair $1065.61 would be due at time of acceptance and $1065.61 due at time of completion. Has 30 days to decide whether or not to repair. Saved quote in blue book quoting software.
