Found the drain had ice in it at the top again and water was overflowing and freezing under pantry box. Pulled unit out and found drain pan completely dry. Took extension tube off and there was a small bit of water. Tested fz drain from unit compartment and found no blockages. Called techline reported findings, he advised I put in heat exchanger onto ff evap heater to prevent this in the future. Installed heat exchanger. Cleared all ice. Unit checks ok SR#7742292502; used 1 8201771 (Heat exchanger) from stock"

Checked and found freezer fan not running when I arrived and unit in defrost. Tested fan in diagnostic and found if functioning ok at this time, with no unusual noises. Tested ice maker and found it not filling. Also found water not dispensing. Checked and found no water going to unit. Customer has a filtration system (not reverse osmosis) and that system appears to not be working at the moment. Informed customer that any kind of filtration system may cause issues with unit water dispensing. Also set unit to 8 hour defrost timer. Informed customer that unit may appear to be running longer than they expected but is normal for this unit. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

Unit never leaked water underneath during cycle. All clamps secure. No water leaking at drain line or drain pump hose. Checked valve. No cracks in valve inlet hoses secure. No crack in outer tub. Water draining and filling properly. Pressure hose attached properly. No hole or loose pressure hose. At time of diagnosis unit is not leaking. Informed customer that since problem cannot be duplicated there is not much we can do for repair. Informed customer that if unit leaks again to take a video of it and/or some pictures to help determine where leak is coming from.

"Fresh food section at 32 left side lower section is 1 and right side lower section is 0. Unit is at -8 low side and 60 high side Called tech line Edmond.Equlizedpressure 0. FA Ed error. Fresh food damper error. Recommend replacing fresh food damper,control and test sealed system for leak.File number 7742212824. I put 250 psig of nitrogen on the system and used liquid leak detector on evaporator and all exposed tubing as well as compressor,drier filter and all exposed tubing. Let unit sit for 30 minutes and found pressure has not dropped and have found no leaks anywhere. Blew system out with nitrogen. Replaced drier filter. Pulled a long vacuum and weighed in 2.72 oz r600a. Found mag thermistor in range at 10kohms, but magtube is open and there is a short in the inverter circuit would need parts for repair.
