"Took quick pics, found unit shutting off too early and the customer has to run it twice or restart cycle. Found no codes stored. Unit ran through diagnostics correctly. I lifted the back of the pedestal about an inch and a half to make the front slightly lower so the load can properly hit the sensing bars, also went over eco boost option and its best to take it off for faster drying. Put a wet paper towel over the sensors and ran cycle. Ui properly sensed then moved to wet. Let run about 20 minutes. Unit checks ok. Had office run cc for $224.99 and email receipt"

Customer stated over a month ago unit completely blacked out no lights or function at all. Called techline stated it could be a control issue but also could have been a one time fluke. Icemaker problems could be related to issue of control or also be one time fluke. Recommended customer leave unit running for a few days to see if ice start to drop and operate correctly. Gave customer estimate of repair for control of they call back of 675.00 collected 150.00 for trip charge leaving remaining estimate 525.00 if customer calls to continue with repair. Start button should not be held down. When you first turn knob or push start, lights will be lit with fill light blinking. Push start again and all lights will go off, except for fill light,which will be solid. If fill light is blinking, unit is either paused or not started yet. Holding start button will cancel any cycle that is currently running. Start button should,not be held down, unless you intend on canceling cycle."

Checked around igniters for top burners and sanded with sand paper. Turned all flames on simmer and adjusted to lowest setting to where all burners are able to be used on simmer at the same time. Gave pointers on how to avoid lighting issues for top burners. Everythings performing as designed.
