If unit does not exceed 130-140 degrees surface temp then unit is operating normally. Waited for 30 minutes while unit was at 450. Temperature got to a high of 106. Freezer temperature is set for 0 and freezer is 1 degrees. Cycled ice maker. Ice container is full of ice. Ice maker has ice frozen in it. Ice maker cycled and released 8 full sized cubes and filled with the correct amount of water. Reprogrammed freezer in diagnostics and adjusted freezer door to make better contact with door switch. All functions pass."

"Found f8e1 (long fill) f8e3 (overflow condition) f7e5 (motor fault). Found no hot water hooked up to unit and floor not level causing unit to lean to the right. Tested and found no cold water entering unit. Found debris in valve. Replaced valve and leveled unit. Flushed water line and found it very muddy at first , then ran clear. Recommended customer have muddy water issue resolved and install hose screen to incoming waterline. Also informed customer that unit wont work properly unless they have hot water supplied to unit. Customer understands. At this time, unit itself is functioning ok. No leaks detected."
