Took quick pics found unit is in an enclosed porch and not temperature regulated. Customer states unit started working all on its own after not cooling found it to be about 62 degrees in the room when I got there and fz is 17 degrees and ff is 34 degrees. checked voltage to compressor and compressor windings found both check good against tech sheet. Found thermistors showing correct resistance for the temperature in both compartments. Customer did state it got down to 8 degrees the other night in here when they started having the issue. I did explain to customer that the ambient temperature is causing the thermal on compressor to close too soon due to it being too cold. I did show the customer in the manual where manufacturer states unit should ideally be kept between 60f and 90f degrees for cooling functions to work properly. Spoke with Rob 7740556305

Found unit with f8e4 error code for float switch. Inspected units float switch found very small amount of water tripping float switch. Emptied water. Cycled unit. Watched unit for 20 minutes only location water was visibly coming from was one small drop from water valve hose connection. Tightened connection/hose at water valve. Unit does not appear to be dripping at all and error code no longer flashing. Cannot locate leaks anywhere else. All functions pass.

"Took quick pics, found unit making loud noise as soon as you turn it on. Found the blower wheel had lint all over it and some of it had hardened around the fins. Cleared all lint from blower wheel and house and exhaust hose. Plugged unit in and found noise was gone. Also found when I plugged it in the left spade on outlet and cord has signs of arcing and I didnt leave it plugged in after I found that. Took pics of cord and outlet. Advised cust get electrician to change cord and outlet for complete repair. Had office run cc for TC and labor of $229.99 and email receipt"

"Took quick pics, found units breaker off again and unit full of water. Found when I had my voltage meter/ polarity meter in outlet when the washer is plugged in it would dim and flicker and go off. Found unit started to fill and when the motor turned it would shut the breaker off. I ran an extension cord to another outlet across the kitchen and also had my voltage meter/ polarity meter plugged into in and ran a normal cycle. I let it fill and go all the way through wash cycle until the rinse. All functions check ok and I ran unit on drain and spin until complete. Advised customer have electrician change outlet. Unit checks ok."
