Found the sheet blows back at me while running. Took exhaust hose off and found all to be new. Went to outside of house and found the flap was clear but when I took cover off to look into duct found debris on wall and stuck throughout. Advised customer have it cleaned professionally. Unit sucks paper in when not attached o house all wiring and heating is correct unit checks ok."

Found that units outlet is having connection issues causing unit to not heat if power cord is not in certain posteriors. Advised customer to call electrician to come out and check outlet. Cycled unit through timed dry. Unit tumbles and heats. Has better airflow. Checks ok. Advised customer to get a home vent cleaning service to clean through the vents of the house to take care of issue completely as their is possibly still a blockage somewhere in house venting.

Customer states another company has been out and looked at unit. Previous service company and customer has uninstalled unit and dissembled top rack. Unit has leak on incoming water line. Unit also has shorted wash motor . Replaced motor . Old wash motor has been leaking from divertor . Unit also has small drip at drain hose. Replaced motor and tightened drain hose clamp. Unit check is ok. No leaks. Customer to replace incoming water line for slight drip at joined seam.

This is normal operations for this unit and the volume of water used. At this time, all operations ok. Did not move unit."
