Removed refrigerant and pressurized with nitrogen. Refrigerator had pressure in it when I arrived. After replacing drier and compressor I gradually raised nitrogen pressure to 250 psi. Tested for leaks after 10 minutes of nitrogen test. Nitrogen held for 15 minutes I let it sit. Vacuumed with ballast open the with ballast closed for 15 minutes each. Recharged with refrigerant. Told customer that the pressure from the hose does need to be higher to satisfy the fill properly. Customer also states it makes a grinding. Let unit fill some with clothes in it and it did make a noise from the cam. Found the floor isnt finished and part of the flooring in curled up. Raised feet and pushed unit back so it wont get hung up on the curled up flooring. Customer called back after I left and said it wont work. "Took quick pics, found unit not making ice. Found fz temp -2 and found water coming through door, found module upside down and wouldnt jump. Went to test 15 and found emitters working. Went to test 25 and found unit cycled a bit then shut off. Good 120v to imk. Tried to jump fill and unit wouldnt jump. Tried again and it let water through. Jumped module again and found the wheel started turning. Found when it got to the fill it didnt stop. Gave cust est of $447.78 for repair. Customer agreed. Ran test 25. Module cycled and filled unit checks ok. Had office run cc for total emailed receipt"
