"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. LED indicator isnt on in tech sheet states there could be dc drop from shifter. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. "Refrigerator has been in the house for about a month now. When I arrived temperatures in refrigerator were in specifications but freezer temperatures were sporadic. Negative -6 ish up to around 15 to 20 towards bottom. Ice cream was correctly frozen but bag of chicken on lower floor wasnt completely frozen. Some of the vents were blocked causing poor air flow. Checked both temperature thermistors and found freezer thermistor reporting three degrees too warm which explains the negative temperatures in certain spots. Refrigerator thermistor was in specifications. Let homeowner know to keep food product away from return and supply openings in freezer to allow proper airflow. Refrigerator was unplugged overnight so I couldnt tell what was the issue. Removed evaporator cover and tested all sensors and they all tested good at the temperature they were at. Sealed system seemed to be normal but cant rule out a floating restriction. Temperatures on control were correct vs temperatures recorded when I arrived. Defrost thermostat was closed with frost on tubing and at the normal 56k ohms when I warmed it up in my hand. Told homeowner to give it 24-36 hours to get back to temperature. Also said to keep unit plugged in until we can get back if theres any further issues with freezer warming up. Right now everythings testing as designed. Has 90 day service guarantee and told homeowner to call back if it stops working again and theyll only have to pay for labor to diagnose plus any parts if needed.

Replaced compressor and filter drier. System had pressure in it but when I brazed in compressor and drier I purged the system and it let out a lot of oil possibly from previous sealed system or original. Let run until lines were clear. Pressure tested for about 20 minutes then vacuumed for about 30 minutes. Added R600a refrigerant per data tag and checked evaporator before I left and evaporator started frosting up like normal. Let homeowner know to wait 24-36 hours to see if temperatures are good. Everything should be performing as designed.

"Natural gas. Customer said after unit preheats, they can hear the igniter/burner relighting about every 1 Min 30 sec. Customer said unit is cooking food fine and appears to be maintaining proper temperatures. Preheated oven to 350 with temp probe in it. Found it average temps of 364. During testing I found burner would be off for about a min and a half to 2 min, then be on for about 35 sec. Temps are within range contacted tech support and spoke to Jake. "Customer states unit has worked since unit was installed last week. Unit has standing water in tub. Drain pump runs but will not drain . Customer states installer left unit with unit not draining . Unit has long distance from where unit is installed to disposal.disconnected drain hose from disposal and unit began draining. Plug is knocked out of disposal . Showed customer drain problem is in plumbing. Unit has several pieces of drain hose connected together under counter tops. Noted in pictures. Unit slow drains from pieced together drain line , unit began leaking at joined pieces at joined drain line. called tech line and spoke with Chris . Sent pictures to Chris . Chris advised that this is an install problem . Tech line advised for customer to contact installed to correct drain hose .
