Customer states unit is banging and vibrating. As an example they put something on top and it still of into the floor. Customer had a load in the machine and was stopped at final spin section so I could see it make noise and vibrate. Noise and vibration was not abnormal to me. Customer is aware of loading and sorting laundry. Customer is aware off balance loads can happen under normal circumstances. Customer stated unit was quiet when they got it now it is not. Unit has no error codes. Suspension passes bounce test. Unut is solid on the floor and tub is centered.Ran auto test all functions pass. Ran calibration. Called tech line spoke to Robert. To quick pics found unit was gonna defrost so I took the back panel off and waited for it to start cooling again. Customer stated that the compressor seems loud and I told her that was normal operational noise. She said it seemed to be running more than normal family to be quite a bit of condensation inside the refrigerator cavity found there to be a gap in between liner and the cabinet sealed with RTV. Also adjusted door over to make sure its sealing fully. Door now seals in both compartments. Also put foam tape around back panel to try and dampen noise ; used 1 WP482338 (Rtv) from stock
