"Took quick pics, found unit was turned off. First thing I did was turn it on and check pressure unit has 4.5oz of 134a in system. Let unit run for about 10 minutes and could feel the RC starting to cool and there is frost on RC evap. Put unit into test 10 in diagnostics and found it completed all steps perfectly. All fans and compressor are running and the 3way valve works because it flipped from RC to FC and both evaps show frost patterns. Put unit back into regular run mode and let run with my thermocouple in the RC and found it cooled compartment until satisfaction and flipped down to the FC to cool it. Without the running running previous to my arrival, and everything looks appears to be functioning as designed today, I can only speculate on cause of issue. Based on previous report and what I have found today, I believe it may have had a defrost problem coming from control and evap thermistor harness, but I wouldnt be able to prove it definitively unless I could check unit in a failed state. Gave cust est of $866.99 if we were to proceed with control and thermistor harness replacement. Board needs to be removed so front feet can be raised without scratching panel and leaking from leaning towards front. Needs front leveling feet raised after board is removed and depending on height installer may need to put boards underneath leveling legs if when removing board causes distance to be too great for leveling feet to be raised enough to route.

Customer stated unit is randomly not spinning after running a few loads. Cycled unit through diagnostics. Only error code is oversuds. Cycled through test cycle. Cycle performed perfectly. At time of diagnosis cant find anything indicating problem with washing machine other than possibly being oversuds from soap. Recommended customer use less soap and see if issue resolves and to give a call back if it continues.

Adjusted location so units line will not re kink. Cycled dispenser and icemaker. Icemaker filling with water and dispenser dispensing water. All functions pass.

Customer stated bake doesnt work anymore. Inspected unit. 240 volts to unit. Power checks ok. Burners working and cycling. Checked broil broil checks ok and working. Checked bake. Bake element not operating. Bake element no resistance 0L when checking ohms. Unit needs new bake element. Gave customer estimate of 689.00. Customer declined estimate. Collected trip charge of 150.00.

Found units door switch not operating will work intermittently. Removed door switch. Found inner components of door switch arcing and burned up. Recommended customer replace door switch. Customer did not want estimate but wanted part number provided part number for door switch W11457217. Customer will change door switch himself. Collected trip charge of 80.00.

Replaced water valve diagnosed bad from previous technician. Waited until after ice started forming. Cleaned inside unit and ground down evaporator and cutter grid. Everythings performing as designed now.

Ran water fill test and unit filled with water properly. Found freezer temp set at plus 5 marketing it impossible to make ice. Set unit to -2 freezer temperature. Optimum ice making temperature.

Found drum rubbing side panels as it rotates. Adjusted panels out as far as possible. Drum clear of panels now. All functions pass.
