"Took quick pics, found unit showing 3-1 pressure sensor code, 8-3 hazardous water, 9-1 long drain, 6-3 acu communication error to ui. Cleared codes and ran diagnostic test, all steps advanced and passed. Ran unit through a rapid wash cycle, it completed cycle, turned unit off, checked resistance to all fill valves and drain pump they all check ok according to the tech sheet. Customer had a cleaning tab in unit when I got here, put it back in and started clean washer cycle, unit seems to be working now. With the codes that store stored, and the sensor code being shown to customer would need board and pressure sensor for repair, this could continue to be an intermittent error gave cust est of 702.53 customer agreed paid in full. Took quick pics found that the unit is showing it has a rest water code. Customer had cold water shut off at the tap due to the fact that it would not stop dripping into the tub. "Took quick pics customer had defrosted unit with a hairdryer so there is not any ice on the evaporators today but customer states that every couple of weeks or so they have to defrost it. Took both fresh food. And the freezer compartment apart so I could look at the evaporators ran test 4, Both fans come on the dampers open and it looks like the cooling system is working properly as in the three-way valve turns to each side and also closes when its supposed to compressor is running. Pulled unit out into thermistor read out from the board in the back found the defroster Mr. in the refrigerator section to be showing it around 52° when its about 34° in the unit also found the board is not sending adequate DC voltage to the thermistors will need parts for repair. also found the heater facia for ice box is showing OL and dripping into ice bucket. Also found door to ice compartment to swing wildly and hit the shelving due to the latch missing.
