Customer states unit makes noise and unit can be heard at night . Noise can occur for several minutes at a time. When running test 3 air damper opened and customer states noise is similar. Step 3 fan sounds normal. No defrost failure in test 56. Unit makes full bin of ice and temps are at 0 and 36. Air damper is at acceptable level of noise and cant be heard with door closed. Unit makes no odd noises in step 4. Step 45 and 57 are all normal. Unit is level and no condenser noise . Customer tried describe noise and unit sound like refrigeration knock. Only way to truly get it to stop is to unplug and reset fridge. Called techline spoke with Andrew. Went over whats been happening and he had me put it in diagnostics and test the paddle, found separator and ui working correctly. He had me unplug unit and take the auger box down to check wiring and connectors found all wires in good shape and everything is shiny and dry. No corrosion or moisture build up at all on harness, connectors or components. "Took quick pics, found unit unplugged. Pulled unit out and checked outlet. Polarity and incoming voltage is correct. Double igniter showing 101.7 ohms and saftey valve has 0.1 ohms. Sensor is 1kohms and cord has good resistance and no visible breakage. Plugged unit into my kilowatt meter into the outlet so I could watch if it dropped power, it didnt. I ran broil for about 3 minutes. Shut it off and ran bake about ten minutes. The igniter glows and the safety valve opens and the gas is ignited. Shut off and unplugged watt meter and plugged unit into outlet and breaker tripped immediately. Reset breaker and unplugged ignitor and plugged back in, tripped breaker, checked again for any pinched or broken wiring harness covers and dont see anything wrong. Unplugged all loads from control and plugged into wall, tripped breaker again. Called techline spoke with Nate 21230229 he did some testing with me. Found grounded neutral through harness, he transferred me to safety. "Took quick pics, found unit doa, found when I took ui off there was an overwhelming smell of electrical short from acu. Checked drain pump on control side of the harness and found 1.6 ohms which is shorted. Checked on drain pump with same result and there is a spot on drain motor that is cracked and discolored looking like the motor over heated and shorted itself and the control out. Installed control, drain pump and ui. Found customer had to break latch to get wet clothes out, installed new latch. Ran diagnostic cycle and drain and spin. Unit checks ok ; used 1 W11399437 (Drain pump), and 1 W11700916 (Latch) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found left side of FC covered in ice and frost where air has been leaking. Took fz door off and found the gasket hanging out of the bottom left side of the door and I can put my whole hand through the gap. Put RTV adhesive in between panels, res installed gasket in between panels and sealed both top and bottom of gasket into door with rtv. Took all baskets and drawers out, cleared all ice and frost and checked bearings in brackets, found the bearings to still be in place and slide in and out properly. Dried everything off and put baskets and drawers back in and reinstalled door. Checked that door gasket was making contact with metal on fridge, and is sealing properly. FZ door gives good resistance when gently pulling on handle. Tightened freezer handle. Gave customer est of $254.99 for labor and TC had office run cc for total and email receipt. Unit checks ok"
