Contacted tech support and spoke to Butch. Explained to him the situation and documented. He suggested the issue that customer is having, is most likely an issue with load size and cycle selection. He did not recommend replacing any parts at this time. Reviewed proper loading procedures and proper cycle selections with customer. Customer understood and insists that the load sizes dont seem to effect issues. I recommended customer contact customer service, with Sr number (7736524279). If they have further issues. At this time, no leaks detected."
