Found moisture still building on the top left side of the freezer gasket and on the center horizontal mullion in the same area. A side view of that area of cabinet of unit looks wavy. Gasket itself is sealing on all sides and ref gasket above is sealing. No sign of warm air infiltration in either compartment. Horizontal mullion at area where condensation is building has a slight bow visible looking eye level directly from the side. At gasket eye level clear mullion waves out and gasket follows that line but door frame looks straight. Called TECHLINE. They recommended unplugging the condenser fan and checking for heat change. Area with moisture did not increase in temp as much as the remainder of the mullion. He advised unit is being put up for non repairable designation. SR 7736244814; O-emld tckt

"Found ice binding when trying to dispense. Good cubes unit no longer dumping liquid water onto the bin but bin stuck on door. Large clump of ice coming out of bottom of bin and stuck in door chute. Freed bin,broke up and emptied ice then cleaned bin. Blades of bin not bent. After putting loose cubes back in bin unit dispensing properly. Ice door sealing properly. Ice box average temp 2? good temp. Ice box door sealing on all sides as well. Unit would not dispense ice day of or next day after last repair but then ice sat undisturbed due to customer having to go out of town so some clumping after returning would be expected. Possible cubes bound blades of bin causing immediate binding then got worse. Unit dispensing properly at time of repair. Customer to monitor."

"Found user interface off and not responding, when I arrive. Removed power from unit and reapplied and found ui now working properly. Found service pointer (W11493384) regarding this issue. Found right door switch not activating unless you push on door, on right side. Following fault tree in service pointer, I found switched in need of replacement. While inspecting, I found door is actually pushed in closer to switches on right side, even though the door isnt activating switch. Could also hear, and feel door hinges ticking and catching. Following service pointer, and general diagnostics, Interlock switches (W11033422) arm (WPW10128850) support (461967750494) and 2 hinges (W10874474) are needed. Informed customer that that, given the nature and number of issues, further repairs could be needed resulting in further charges. Customer understood. Quoted customer 744.05. Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call."
