"Unit is a dishwasher and has a prior history of leaking. Unit still leaking but according to customer they do not see water until an hour or mods into cycle. No faults stored. Dust under unit present from half way to all the way back and is undisturbed, and from center of unit forward its clear water has been present as dust is gone all together or has track marks thru it. Cycled test mode after removing outer door to watch unit. Insulation had been pushed down into inner door trough and was absorbing water. Allowed unit to run with outer door off. No leak observed. Insulation absorbing water to the point it leaked onto floor. Insulation is saturated and not useable. Also hinges have rusted from extended leak and door opens slightly past 90?. Took quick pics found unit had no codes stored in the board. Ran bake cycle at 350 while taking temperatures in my thermal coupler found that preheat beeped at 333? took six cycle temperatures the averaged out at 345?. Did calibrate board up 20? to 30? calibration and also showed the customer in the manual about the different rack levels and what is ideal for what item cooking. Had Office run credit card for $150 trip charge an email receipt to customer unit checks OK

"Customer had found water running into ice maker and overflowing. Unut stopped cooling. Customer then had water on the floor so she pulled unut out and UN plugged it. I pulled unit out on shield and found more water behind it on the floor. Plugged unut in and tested operation found water flowing through water valve and down into freezer drain, overflowing drain pan on to customers floor. Turned water off at the wall and water still comes out dispenser. Wall shut off not closing off. Turned water off to the house. Shop vacuumed drain pan. Removed water line from wall and capped water spigot. Turned water back on to the house. No more dripping from drain. Advised customer house shut off for refrigerator needs replaced by a plumber. Fond water pressure to house 80 on one side and over 75 on the other side. Customer calling plumber about this as well.Water valve needs replaced on refrigerator. "Took quick pics, found unit full of condensation and ice on the foot of the freezer found that the cabinet and the liner had large gaps on the right side of the freezer in the refrigerator almost like the foam had gotten sucked in at some points silicone and the cabinet to the liner, also siliconed the freezer gasket into the door. Cleared all ice and dried unit off unit checks OK; used 1 WP482338 (Silicone) from stock"

"Took quick pics found unit had a baffle falling off due to one of the screws coming out, Also noticed its making more of a rattling than it should as the drum turns. Unplugged unit took off top and front. Found one baffle missing a screw. Found the screw on top of heater housing making the rattling noise, screwed baffle back in on both sides and tightened screws on all the baffles in the drum. Reassembled unit. Unit doesnt make rattling noise and the baffles are in place. Drum is covered under 10y part warranty gave cust est for second appliance for just tc and labor if they want the drum replaced of $179. Customer will let us know if they want replacement. Collected second appliance TC of $75 on washer 413386 unit checks ok emailed receipt"

Checked temperature of refrigerator 35 degrees and freezer 4 degrees. All fans and thermistors checked ok. Checked ice level sensor and door switches. No error codes in test 56. Cycled the ice maker. Installed new thermal and put a hose on the back leading to a water bucket system. She said it might be a while before she can get a duct company out.
