"Took quick pics found unit not making any ice unit is in a defrost but the freezer is still showing between three and 4°, which is right in range put unit into test 25 and cycled icemaker with jumper found that it just kept turning and turning and turning and never actually finished or got to the field sequence found 120 V into the module found 120 V out. Also when I jump the water valve water came through had customer flip the breaker to turn the unit off. Took the icemaker out of the housing, tested all the loads found that the heater resistance was bouncing all over the place took the module apart and found it an art against the module. The heater terminals had, and so the module is never actually clicking all the way through the cycle its stopping at the heater and going back to the beginning would need icemaker for repair gave customer estimate of 401.60 Customer agreed and paid in full by credit card that The Office ran emailed receipt; ordrng 1 W10882923 (Imk) and 1 J13 (Job code) and 1 Okforanytech (Ok for anyone)"

User interface connections are ok and ui is working intermittently. New User interface (W11164010) needed. Also found unit had very poor airflow. Removed vent line and found airflow ok, indicating there is a clog, or obstruction in vent line within the wall.
